We accept reports on unfair work practices, improper requests, or unethical conduct involving our employees. All reports are handled confidentially, and we will provide a prompt response.
The identity of the whistleblower will be strictly protected, and appropriate actions will be taken in accordance with applicable laws and regulations after verifying the facts.

Fair trade
- Violations of obligations by the principal contractor (e.g., non-payment of subcontracting fees, failure to issue written contracts, failure to notify inspection results)
- Prohibited practices by the principal contractor (e.g., unjust refusal of receipt, unfair reduction of subcontracting fees, undue interference in management)
- Cartels (collusive practices)
- Unfair internal transactions
- Other violations of fair trade laws and regulations

Trade Secrets- Leakage of company trade secrets, including core technologies, management information, and intellectual property
- Acquisition of trade secrets through theft, fraud, coercion, or other improper means
- Disclosure of trade secrets obtained by improper means to specific individuals or the public at large

All reports will be handled with strict confidentiality, and the identity of the whistleblower will be fully protected.
Processing takes a minimum of seven (7) days, and may take longer depending on the circumstances.
