  • Diesel pump

The diesel pump converts fuel supplied from the low pressure pump into high pressure fuel through the camshaft of the high pressure pump rotating with a timing belt, and supplies it to the fuel rail. In general, diesel engines inject fuel into the combustion chambers at a pressure of 250bar, when idling, to 2,200bar. To form this pressure, the robustness of the diesel pump must be ensured.

Features
Maximized efficiency in all areas, including low load, by controlling the pressure of the fuel for each compression stroke of the pump (digital inlet valve)
Reduced loss during fuel compression by minimizing dead volume in fuel pressurization areas
Housing flow paths optimized by integrating the cylinders with the fuel amount control valves (digital inlet valves)
