Dual purge ejector

  • Dual purge ejector

As a component for gasoline turbo engines, the dual purge ejector helps recirculate the evaporated gas generated in the fuel tank. Although it is possible to recirculate evaporated gas to the existing primary purge line (PCSV line) because there is enough negative pressure in the engine where the turbocharger is not operating, there is no negative pressure in the engine when the turbocharger is operating. Therefore, the ejector is used to recirculate evaporated gas to the secondary purge line.
The dual purge ejector was first mass produced in Korean in 2020 and is being installed in Hyundai-Kia cars. Currently, we are developing the second generation of this product.

Features
Satisfies evaporated gas regulations with the dual purge system (Strengthened zero evaporation regulations for all cars starting in 2022 for North America and Korea)
Failure diagnostics possible and no emission leaks guaranteed even when the ejector falls off or is damaged due to the shape of the diffuser in the ejector assembly counterpart (Satisfies CARB regulations)
Compatible with various counterparts (intake hose, air cleaner, adapter, etc.) by standardizing the specifications of the dual purge ejector
5 patents for the dual purge ejector, its manufacturing methods, etc.
